Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
Our shipping time is 4 to 7 days.
The tentative delivery periods are as follows after the 12-24 hrs for order processing

- Express Shipping (3-5 Working days)
- Priority Express 2 Days Shipping (Only For Metro Cities i.e Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai & Kolkata) ( this is not applicable when you place an order of above 3 bags or 2 butterfly chairs as their weight is higher and they don’t ship under the 300 charges budget)
T & C: Few of our leather goods are made to order or sometimes under production as we don’t stock goods much as it affect our cash flow and we want to serve fresh leather goods to each and every customer and they ship when available in the stock. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances even if you select any of the above shipping methods.
For Paid shipping cut of time is 2 pm, after 2 pm placed orders will ship by the next working days.
